The Infamous Subject of Dieting



Well here you go peeps another wonderful article to make you feel horrible about yourself. I have recently been studying the orgin of "over eating" and have realized there are so many people that need an article like this one. Did you know that over half of the northern American population is either over weight or well on there way to being over weight...all i have to say is yikes!!! How did we wind up on these stats? This is such a pity...is food really that important? Ok ok well no fear I'm here to help you fix this issue..let me tell you that 30-40 minutes on the treadmill or bike is not going to kill you..it can actually be quite enjoyable and think of the benefits..instead of enjoying a double double that could leave you doubled over with heart burn or laid up in the wash room, go out and take a walk or even a bike ride..trust me it will do you some good and give you lots of energy. Make an effort this week to get some physical activity into you day and put down your burgers, fries, ice cream and other junk and pick up some carrots and broccoli. Please, the reputation of North America's waist lines are on your shoulders. (or your stomachs :S)
